I always knew I would love the old brick house where my studio is located, with its wood floors and big, window-light filled rooms, but as a bonus I’ve discovered the most perfect outdoor spot–in the woods behind the studio! This past Wednesday I spent most of the day there with each of my clients. Everything is so lush and green and the lighting was fantastic throughout the day, giving each session its own look as the sun moved across the sky. First up was Brooke at her one year photos and I just LOVED her bright tutu! Switching gears to a more boy session with Keaton for his six month pictures I knew to have him going shirtless in some blue jeans was the way to go! And the final visitors of the day were Kadyn and his parents. We made a quick stop in town in the alley behind the gas station for some “urban” shots before heading back out to the woods. Here are my favorites of the day!
