Summer is definitely here, and although the majority of days are filled with sunshine and blue skies, sometimes the weather just doesn’t cooperate! Even sunshine days can be tricky to find the right lighting and shade to avoid harsh spots. Luckily both sessions still ended up going wonderfully and I had some amazing kids to work with! First up was my rainy day session with little Zoey and her mom and dad. I watched as the rain came down, hoping it would let up, but it ended up raining even harder right during the bulk of our outdoor shots! We still managed to get some fun poses with the help of umbrellas and some quick shooting in between rain showers. My day with Branwen was much sunnier, and almost too sunny! So we ventured into the woods and got to the perfect shade amongst the towering oak trees. Little kitty Piper joined the session, too, and gave Branwen some BIG smiles! Here are my favs!
