Our Family Photos!

Last month when we were in California for Brad and Cassie’s destination wedding, we decided to get our own family pictures done by one of my favorite photographers, Tara Whitney!  I’ve followed her work for over five years and really enjoy reading her blog.  She has such a unique style and captures people so well in a photojournalistic way.  Very down to earth and as her motto states “Just Be You!”  When I realized our hotel was only fifteen minutes from where she lived, I knew we just had to get together for pictures.  She is such a wonderful person inside and out, and made our session SO much fun!  As I told everyone who asked who also follows her blog, she is as friendly and easy to talk to as you think, and our session was exactly what I wanted–casual, fun, and just “us”.  Here are some of my favorite pics from OUR family session!
